Our roofing experts will inspect your property to determine the extent of storm-related damages. As general contractors, we are trained to detect storm damage, some of which may be hidden. We follow certain criteria and guidelines that help us determine if a replacement or just a repair is needed.
WE inspect your home, at no cost to you, and provide a written assessment of the damage and necessary repairs that are required. WE are there to help you throughout the claims process and assist your insurance agent in any way, and ensuring YOU are receiving all you are entitled to. We confirm proper funding for the complete project. After meeting with the insurance adjuster, your agent will go over the complete breakdown of the scope of work and how it is funded line-by-line. At this time, your agent will furnish material samples. YOU pick the materials and colors. WE will order the materials and have them delivered to the job site. Once materials have arrived on-site, we'll be there to inventory and confirm the order is correct.
Upon completion, we will do a final inspection to assure you are COMPLETELY satisfied.
